The Lee Brown Perspective is a Funk, R&B and Contemporary Jazz band founded in 1998 by veteran guitarist Lee "Axelhand" Brown. Lee has opened shows at the San Diego Sports Arena and the Belly Up for Tower of Power, The Bar Kays, Brick, Bobby Bland, Naughty By Nature, B-Side Players and has performed throughout Southern California. The Lee Brown Perspective with bassist Joe Zito and drummer Leon Wesley is recording their next CD and is playing in the San Diego Gaslamp district.
