M.K. Snow, a professional drummer and vocalist, has
been playing in the San Diego area for over twenty years.
He cut his first album at the age of eighteen years old. Since
the age of 15, he has toured the country with various bands,
including many gospel groups as well as the famous R &
B group "The Hit Men" and "Ike Turner".
Locally, he has played with "Gamma D", "Layfette
Blues Band", "NZ Rough", "Coup De Ville",
and "Bill McGee".
Now venturing into a new era M. K. Snow is presenting a new
dynamic Blues, R & B and jazz sensation - The "M
IV Revue" featuring Curt (The Clipper), David Demps,
Joe Zito and M.K. Snow. Though new as a group, together, they
have 125 years of experience in Blues, R&B and Jazz.
Curt ( The Clipper ) - Play lead and rhythm guitar
as well as being a composer, singer and arranger. Curt has
played in San Diego with "Tommy Budd's Windy City Band"
and "Zedeco Blues Patrol". A man who not only plays
the blues but writes and sings it.
David Demps - keyboardist and vocalist - singer
for one of the top show bands in San Diego. Danced with the
Lockers street dances from Los Angeles, opening for many top
acts. Opening act for the Al Green performance in San Diego,
California. Front showman for "after five" dance
and show band. Keyboardist for R&B singer Solomon Burke.
Producer of songs for other singers in the city of San Diego.
Joe Zito - bass guitar - a native of New York
with 35 years of musical experience, creating solid bass lines
in different musical styles and in different sizes of groups.
Swinging with big bands on concert stages to recording demos
in the studio to 'buskin' for tips with a banjo player. Blues,
jazz, latin, classic r&b, rock, oldies, unplugged, country
-its all good to him. Joe lives and grooves according to his
favorite quote: Play it with feeling or don't play at all".
He plays his 5-string bass finger style, slap and snap, or
using a pick to create "the groove to move you".
