Contract Agreement I (client's name) Propose to Contract: the following artist in accordance with the above specifications: (name of entertainer), Dollars ($ ). Payments to be made as follows: A DEPOSIT OF 50% IS REQUIRED TO BOOK THE ENTERTAINER OR SERVICES AND FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. The Talent Buyer agrees to execute this proposal as specified above. All agreements are final and are fully enforceable. The buyer also agrees to settle all unpaid balances due to the Artist/or Company, prior to their performance, at the appointed venue. Acceptance of Contract: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. I agree contract an Artist/group to perform as specified above. Payment will be made as outlined above. Authorized Billing Note: This Contract will go in effect once my initial deposit has been accepted. In the event of a cancellation, I understand that I will forfeit my deposit, if I failed to cancel within 72 hours of my scheduled event. Act One Entertainment will be held harmless should I choose to exercise my right to cancel.
